BOULDER, Colo.-
Kalvin Bay, who as a true freshman last season played in every game and made 12 starts, will not return to the University of Colorado men’s basketball team.
Coach Jeff Bzdelik on Monday did not provide a reason.
“We acknowledge that Kal will not be back and that he will be pursuing other options available to him,” Bzdelik said in a statement.
Bay averaged 6.3 points, 1.9 assists and 1.3 rebounds per game last season. He twice scored 21 points to lead the team in scoring against Central Florida and Oklahoma State.
