A 34-year-old man was charged with sexual assault on an 11-year-old child, the Denver District Attorney’s office said today.
Randy Hatley was charged with sex assault on a child and sex assault on a child by a person in a position of trust, according to a news release.
The charges allege Hatley assaulted the female victim twice in 2002.
He was arrested Tuesday and is out on bond with a court date set for Oct. 22.
