MILWAUKEE — Antitrust regulators asked for more information from SABMiller PLC and Denver- and Montreal-based Molson Coors Brewing Co. as part of a review of their plan to combine their U.S. operations, the companies said Tuesday.
The Department of Justice request extends the review period to 30 days after the companies comply with the request.
