Telluride Ski Resort will kick off its 2007-2008 winter season Wednesday.
“Following a foot of new snow and great conditions for snowmaking last week, we are thrilled to get the 2007-08 winter season off and running,” chief executive Dave Riley said in a news release. “The timing is perfect, with local students out of school for parent-teacher conferences tomorrow and plenty of anxious skiers ready to make turns.”
Season passes will be valid, and daily lift tickets will be $40 for adults, $30 for seniors and $20 for children 6 to 12 years old. Those ages 5 and younger ski for free.
