Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado Inc. said Crown West Realty bought Union Plaza at 200 Union Blvd. in Lakewood for $17.4 million.
The 101,452-square-foot building, which was built in 1981, was sold by a partnership that includes ACF Property Management of Studio City, Calif., and GDAReal Estate Services of Denver.
