ProLogis, a Denver-based warehouse developer, will invest $600 million in South Korea as rising trade boosts demand for logistics and storage facilities, the country’s government said.
The developer will build two distribution centers in Gyeonggi province, which surrounds Seoul, by the end of 2012.
