Sen. Joe Lieberman of Connecticut, right, who was on the national Democratic ticket in 2000, will endorse Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., in the presidential race, Republican sources said. The two will appear together this morning on NBC’s “Today” show, then are scheduled to attend a town-hall meeting in Hillsborough, N.H.
