Cowboy Mouth’s latest disc, “Voodoo Shoppe,” not only confounds expectations of what a New Orleans act should sound like (hint: not blues or jazz) but shoehorns the band’s sandpapery vocals and ripping guitar work into a tighter, more pop-punk-oriented vehicle.
