New Bills Introduced
— Require operators of amusement rides to submit an annual certificate of inspection to the state.
— Prohibit people from offering the opportunity to hunt, wound or kill any mammal that is intentionally confined, tied, staked, caged or restrained.
— Expand the definition of a legal newspaper for publication of legal notices to include any newspaper provided residents of a county for at least a year that publishes articles concerning the county and its residents.
— Impose a 99-cent fee on hotel guests who purchase interactive television entertainment to be credited to the child abuse investigation surcharge fund.
