GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.—A 29-year-old man is now facing possible criminal charges after authorities said DNA evidence links him to two sexual assaults.
Delta County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jamey Page on Friday.
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation says DNA evidence ties Page to one rape in 2004, and another rape in 2007.
The victims were 77- and 87-years-old, and both from Cedar Edge. They told investigators they found an intruder in their homes who attacked and sexually assaulted them.
One of the victims has since died.
Page is being held on $250,000 bond.
