The Elections Division of the Denver clerk and recorder’s office is finalizing a lease that would move the agency into a building at 3888 E. Mexico Ave., which is near Colorado Boulevard.
The first year of the lease would cost the agency about $200,000, roughly the same as the agency’s current lease. Another city agency yet to be determined will also move into the building.
