ARVADA, Colo.—Arvada police say a man will face charges of throwing missiles and endangering public transportation after he allegedly threw a chair at a train.
Authorities received a report Sunday of a gun being fired at the train. Officers searched for 90 minutes and were unable to find a gun.
They did, however, find 28-year-old Alan Cardenas — who matched a description that witnesses had provided.
Arvada police spokeswoman Susan Medina says Cardenas was questioned, and later arrested, after officers found pieces of a broken chair near the tracks.
