WELD COUNTY — A 27-year-old Fort Morgan man has been charged with vehicular homicide and driving under the influence after his sport utility vehicle veered into oncoming traffic and killed two people in a head-on collision.
Jose G. Villanueva, 27, has also been charged with driving without a license and without insurance, according to court records.
The fatal collision happened at 7:35 p.m. March 13 in rural Weld County on U.S. 34.
Diane R. Bouck and Douglas A. Bouck, both 42, of Otis were killed and another man was seriously injured.
