The pancakes served up at Telluride’s Blues & Brews festival last month were developed by Delta natives Dan and Levi Silva. The business began when the brothers engaged in competitive pancake-cooking for their children. The brothers created mixes for nine variations. You know what they’re selling like online, and at the Panhandler in Telluride and Montrose.
