Talented Jace Davis, suspended from Highlands Ranch athletics for the stretch run of fall, then early winter, transferred to East. His first game back from ineligibility for the Angels was against — who else? — Highlands Ranch, and at the Falcons’ gym in their tournament Friday night. Davis shot 3-of-7 from the floor and at the free-throw line for nine points, grabbed two rebounds, had two turnovers and two assists, blocked a shot and recorded a steal as East handled the Falcons 72-54 in Class 5A.
