ALBUQUERQUE — Police on Sunday were searching for two of four suspects they believe killed a teenage worker in a robbery at a packed Denny’s restaurant and committed 10 other armed robberies this past year.

Two suspects were arrested within minutes of the crime Saturday, officer Nadine Hamby said. She said the men are from South America, but she did not know where specifically.

Hamby said at least four masked men with rifles and handguns rushed into the Denny’s and demanded money. About 100 people were in the restaurant.

A teenage female employee was fatally shot during the robbery.
