Skydex Technologies, based in Centennial, has been selected to place its plastic protective material in the flooring of more than 4,000 new all-terrain vehicles that were recently ordered for the U.S. armed forces. The company’s patented technology provides shock-absorption and vibration-dampening properties, lessening the impact on soldiers’ feet and legs from an improvised explosive device.
