A Buffalo Bill update

“The Buffalo Bill Story” opens to the public today at the Buffalo Bill Museum in Golden. The exhibit is based on the latest research about the legendary Westerner and showman, and includes rare and never-before-seen artifacts. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Twinkle time

More than 1 million lights shine throughout the Denver Botanic Gardens for this year’s “Blossoms of Light” display. Romantic kissing spots marked by ornate balls of mistletoe, seasonal entertainment, warm drinks and foods are also available. 5:30-10 p.m. daily through Jan. 3.
