Denver Democrat Jennifer Coken is on the ballot after a judge ruled Tuesday that she collected enough valid voter signatures in her House District 4 bid.

Coken had challenged a secretary of state ruling that she failed to collect 849 valid signatures, as required in her district. She submitted 1,400 signatures, but 651 were rejected for various reasons. She was short 100 signatures.

Denver District Judge Catherine Lemon ruled that at least 100 of the rejected signatures were improperly tossed. Secretary of State Bernie Buescher is considering an appeal.
