LAS VEGAS — The district attorney in Las Vegas says Paris Hilton will avoid jail time on drug charges under the terms of a plea deal worked out with prosecutors.
Clark County District Attorney David Roger said Friday that Hilton has agreed to plead guilty Monday to two misdemeanors stemming from her Aug. 27 arrest in Las Vegas. A copy of the plea agreement shows Hilton will serve a year of probation.
