TiKLTouch to Talk is a free mobile app that lets you talk to one person or multiple people simultaneously with a touch of a button, and it doesn’t use up your cellphone minutes. The service requires an Internet connection either through a cellular data service or Wi-Fi connection. The program can access existing phone and Facebook contacts, though people you want to “touch to talk” with need to have the program installed on their phone. It’s like real walkie-talkies, only one person can be heard at any given time.
