Denver police released more details Sunday about the body discovered in a suitcase dumped near Ruby Hill Park on Friday afternoon.
Authorities need the public’s help to make an identification.
The body is that of a white or Hispanic man between 15 and 30 years old. The body is of slight build, with brown hair, dark eyes and a sparse mustache and goatee, police said.
There are no scars, piercings or tattoos, and no fillings or crowns on the teeth.
Neither the police nor the medical examiner’s office has said what the cause of death was, but they said Friday that there was no immediate evidence of violence.
The body was found in an open area in the 1700 block of West Atlantic Place by boys who said they were looking for scrap metal.
The boys went to a nearby apartment complex and fetched several friends to see the body before they told a nearby public-works crew, police said Friday.
