The massive Leprino Foods cheese and whey plant in east Greeley will soon get a main office building and wastewater treatment facility.
The city approved permits for both projects last month. The main office building has a total valuation of $3.25 million and will be located at 1302 1st Ave. Lamar Construction of Hudsonville, Mich., is the general contractor on the 847,000-square-foot cheese plant, the second-largest of Leprino’s 10 U.S. facilities.
Stucco Rite Inc. of Greeley, which has been in business for more than 20 years, was hired as subcontractor on the 44,821-square-foot office building.
