Winter sports enthusiasts opened Copper Mountain and Keystone today after the area got fresh snow earlier this week.
Skiers and boarders have been live at Arapahoe Basin since Oct. 13, and at Loveland since Oct. 14.
Breckenridge opens Nov. 11, and Winter Park opens Nov. 16.
The Front Range got measurable snow twice in the last two weeks, so folks in the Denver metro area have already had reason to dig out the gloves, hats and coats.
