Simon Rodriguez, the trustee assigned to handle “Troubleshooter” Tom Martino’s bankruptcy case, has asked court permission to take testimony — called an examination — from the radio personality’s wife, Holly, “in furtherance of Trustee’s investigation” into Martino’s financial affairs.

Allegations that Tom Martino moved $23 million in assets to his wife in the months before he filed for personal bankruptcy Sept. 2 surfaced after a bank trying to collect on a defaulted loan filed a claim in the case. Martino has denied the assertions.

Martino this week accused Rodriguez of setting out to “inflict hardship and pain.”
