BOULDER, Colo.—The University of Colorado is offering in-state tuition to dependents of military veterans who are only in Colorado for a short period of time.
The Board of Regents says the lower rate will be offered to students who have attended at least two years of high school in Colorado while their families lived in the state.
Two years ago, state lawmakers offered the lower tuition for honorably discharged veterans, but did not include dependents.
