BOULDER — Somewhere between 27 turnovers and 26 missed shots, the Colorado women’s basketball team found enough points to get a win on Wednesday night.
CU defeated Northern Colorado 54-42 in the first round of the Women’s NIT at Coors Events Center.
The Buffs (19-13) will take on the winner of tonight’s Drake-South Dakota matchup in the second round. The date, time and location are to be determined.
