Tickets that match the first five numbers, but miss the Powerball, win $1 million each, and there were eight of those. They were sold in: Arizona(6), Dist. of Columbia(1) and Wisconsin(1).
There were two Power Play Match 5 winners in Louisiana(1) and Pennsylvania(1).
