ASPEN, Colo.—Officials at Aspen City Hall are planning to put meeting agendas and other documents on the Internet to cut down on use of paper.

The city is paying nearly $60,000 for computer software that will allow most business to be done electronically.

According to the Aspen Daily News ( ), the new software will allow the city to eliminate tens of thousands of pieces of paper used every year.
