FORT COLLINS, Colo.—Fort Collins says its year-old law regulating solicitors is working.
The city says it has issued 29 citations and more than 4,000 households have been added to the city’s no-solicit list.
According to the Fort Collins Coloradoan (), 43 companies have obtained permits after salesmen submitted to background checks and provided photo identification.
Violators can have their permits revoked.
