Health officials in Pueblo County are urgently asking for the public’s help in identifying children who played with a rabid bat over the weekend.
The children were playing with the bat between Wednesday and Sundayat the Sangre de Cristo Housing Apartments, the Pueblo City-County Health Department posted on their Facebook page Monday.
The department said contacting the children is “critical” and that they need to identify the kids “immediately.”
