Spooky séance
A Halloween séance and ghost hunt will take place at The Lon Chaney Theater in Colorado Springs at 9 p.m. on Oct. 31. Professional psychics and ghost hunters will conduct a séance and paranormal investigation inside the building, which is reputed to be haunted. Reservations are required; tickets are $20. Wake up and ski
The 12th annual Wake Up Breckenridge event is Nov. 6, beginning at 7 a.m. With the help of participating coffee shops, Breckenridge Ski Resort will be handing out free coffee and free commemorative coffee mugs (while supplies last) to celebrate the start of ski season.
Nitro on tap
Nitro Fest at Left Hand Brewing in Longmont is Nov. 15. The fest features nitrogenated beers only, from more than 20 breweries across the country. There will also be food and beer pairings, plus live performance art. Tickets are $50 in advance or $60 the day of the event.
Fall art exhibit
Estes Park’s Autumn Art Walk continues through Nov. 23. Fourteen galleries and studios will display fall-themed works, host special artist events, offer demonstrations and more. Art walk maps can be picked up at the Cultural Arts Council, or the Estes Park Visitors Center. Call 970-586-9203
