On a tour of the construction site Wednesday, something felt a little off.
You know, like a-great-disturbance-in-The-Force kind of off.
Then, Denver Post photographer RJ Sangosti spotted this image among the 1,200 photos he shot on our tour.

I mean, come on. That’s CLEARLY Lord Vader reminiscing about that one time he cut off his kid’s hand while fighting with laser beams on a catwalk … Right?
Airport spokesman Heath Montgomery wouldn’t say.
“While I can’t confirm that ‘Darth Vader’ is working on the Hotel and Transit Center site, I can say broadly that DIA is committed to diversity and inclusiveness in all construction projects. That extends to Sith Lords,” he said.
