PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) — A 3-year-old girl who was rescued from a hotel swimming pool in Alamosa about a month ago has died.
The Pueblo Chieftain reports (http://bit.ly/1GtBDOs ) Olivia Workman was pulled from the pool Feb. 13 after she was spotted floating face down. She died at a Denver-area hospital Sunday.
According to an obituary in the Valley Courier newspaper in Alamosa, Olivia had a “bright smile that could light up a room” and “had a very caring and loving spirit and attitude.”
A funeral service will be held in Alamosa on Thursday morning.
