Former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle will serve his at Englewood’s Federal Correctional Institution, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Fogle had entered into a plea agreement on charges of trading in child pornography and having sex with underage prostitutes.

The facility, in unincorporated Jefferson County, was chosen for Fogle, 38, because of its sex-offender treatment program.

Judge Tanya Walton Pratt disregarded prosecutors’ recommendation that Fogle get 12½ years behind bars, opting instead for 15 years and eight months. She could have sentenced him to up to 50 years.

The prison is at 9595 W. Quincy Ave.
