Two people were ejected during a traffic crash Tuesday night in the south metro area.
The crash happened in the southbound lanes of I-225 south of Parker Road, according to a 7:44 p.m. Twitter post by the Colorado State Patrol.
Both people injured in the crash were taken to a local hospital. The state patrol described the crash as “horrible.”
Traffic lanes in the area were shut down after the crash, but have since been reopen.
