1 Reefer madness?A man called deputies on April 1 after he saw three intruders running through his home in the 4000 block of South Pierson Court in the Littleton area. Deputies could find no evidence of intruders and the man’s mother was not awakened until she heard her son on the phone with deputies. Also, a dog on the premises did not bark. The man said he had smoked a lot of marijuana and admitted he could have hallucinated the entire episode.

2 Road rage incident reported. On March 29, a man called Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies to report a road rage incident near C-470 and West Ken Caryl Avenue, Ken-Caryl. The caller said he found himself behind a car that didn’t move after a stoplight turned green. After honking his horn twice, the victim was approached by the driver, wh0 cursed at him, punched his window and kicked his door, causing damage. The victim said he didn’t want to press charges.

3 Truck damaged. On April 1, deputies responded to the 9000 block of West Cross Drive in the Littleton area on a report of a damaged truck on the heels of a disagreement between neighbors about responsibility for another alleged incident of automobile damage.

4 Sister throws rocks. A deputy responded to a dispute between sisters on April 5 in the 6000 block of West Fairview Avenue, Columbine (Littleton). The deputy learned one of the women had thrown rocks at her sister’s house, damaging a man’s truck. The woman was cited and said she wished she had thrown the rocks at her sister’s face instead.
