About 60 vehicles have been damaged in recent weeks in Fort Collins and police are seeking the public’s help in nabbing the vandals.

Since April 12, police have received reports of vehicles being damaged late at night or in the early morning hours, according to a Fort Collins Police Department media release.

Damages include broken windows and mirrors, most likely caused by a small-caliber pellet gun, rocks or other materials, police said.

All vehicles damaged were unoccupied at the time of the incidents.

The vandalism has been in various parts of the city, police said.

Anyone with information on the incidents or on possible suspects is asked to call Sgt. Paul Wood at 970 224-6132; or Crime Stoppers of Larimer County at 970 221-6868.

Tipsters can remain anonymous and may eligible for a cash reward for information leading to an arrest or conviction.

Crime Stoppers is online at
