A 22-year-old woman was killed Tuesday night in Colorado Springs after investigators say she slammed into a tree while speeding.
Allie Canedo was found dead at the scene of the crash on the 1900 block of Dublin Boulevard, police say.
Officers were called to the wreck about 11 p.m. The boulevard was closed for several hours while police investigated.
Police say no other vehicles were involved.
