Police are investigating a shooting Saturday morning that left one man hospitalized in northwest Denver.
Doug Schepman, a spokesman for the Denver Police Department, said the shooting was reported at about 1:10 a.m. in a parking lot at the intersection of West 48th Avenue and Tejon Street outside a neighborhood bar.
Schepman said it appears there was an argument between two men just prior to the shooting.
The suspect fled the area. Police have not released a description of that man.
The man who was shot was transported to the hospital. Details of his injuries were not available.
