Three Oklahoma men have been arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder  in Pueblo that investigators say happened during what was supposed to be a marijuana sale.

Raymond Davenport, 44, Marvin Hopgood, 45, and Lionel Mosley, 27, were arrested overnight Thursday in Oklahoma City.

Pueblo police say the three men traveled to Pueblo on Dec. 2, 2016, to buy marijuana. Their meeting, with 43-year-old Brad Fowler, turned into a robbery .

Authorities did not say how they linked the men to the slaying.

Investigators released surveillance footage from the shooting scene showing three black men traveling in a light-colored, early 2000s model Lincoln Continental that possibly had an Oklahoma license plate.

The shooting happened on the 500 block of West 23rd Street in Pueblo.
