Colorado couldn’t give this one away.
Despite a glut of turnovers that kept visiting New Mexico in the game, the CU men’s basketball team was able to put together a decisive run late in Wednesday night’s contest, paving the way for a 75-57 victory at the Coors Events Center.
CU shot the ball well from the floor, finishing .500 overall with a 9-for-15 mark on 3-pointers, and also owned a dominant 58-31 advantage on rebounds after getting thoroughly outrebounded in the team’s first loss of the season Saturday at Colorado State.
