Goodbye bone-chilling arctic air, hello sunshine.
It’s going to be a whole lot warmer Wednesday in Denver than it was on New Year’s Day, forecasters say.
The high will be 30 degrees warmer Wednesday than Tuesday’s high of 12 degrees, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder. Temperatures will climb to 42 degrees on Wednesday.
The warming trend will continue on Thursday when the high will be 51 degrees in Denver, the NWS says. By Friday, the high temperature will be 58 degrees.
Temperatures will rise to the mid 50s on the weekend Saturday and Sunday.
Sunny & warmer today. Warm up continues through Friday with upper 50s expected over northeast Colorado.
