Fountain-Fort Carson earned a win when they defeated Douglas County 18-6 on Friday, Oct. 11.
Tavian Tuli powered Fountain-Fort Carson’s passing attack with 56 yards through the air, throwing one touchdown and one interception.
Dezmen Oliver lead the Fountain-Fort Carson ground game by racking up 193 yards in the contest, averaging 8.4 yards per carry. Malik Mcclarity added 68 yards and two touchdowns on the ground, averaging 13.6 yards per carry, as well as 24 receiving yards and one touchdown.
Spencer Graves powered Douglas County’s passing attack with 86 yards through the air. Connor Mantelli lead all Douglas County receivers with one catch for 34 yards.
Douglas County’s ground attack was spearheaded by Graves who racked up 38 yards in the game.
In their next games, Douglas County will stay home and play Legend, while Fountain-Fort Carson will travel to play Chaparral.
