The Pagosa Springs Pirates earned a win when they defeated the Centauri Falcons 57-50 on Friday.
Hailey Griego lead Pagosa Springs with 14 points scored while also recording six rebounds and three assists. Molly Grahm had a productive night, recording 12 points, eight rebounds and two assists.
Centauri was paced in scoring by Courtney Hamilton who accounted for 14 points, while also collecting eight rebounds and one assist. Brenna McDaniel and Mia Garcia also had respectable performances contributing eight points each.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Pagosa Springs heading to play Monte Vista and Centauri taking on Bayfield.
