The Discovery Canyon Thunder earned a win when they defeated the Vista Ridge Wolves 50-36 on Wednesday.
Discovery Canyon was lead in scoring by Elizabeth Rocha who scored 19 points while also recording four rebounds and two assists. Mackenzie Seitz helped the effort by chipping in 12 points, seven rebounds, and three assists.
Vista Ridge was lead in scoring by Taylor Wortkoetter who put up 18 points while collecting four rebounds. Aaliyah Key had a productive night, scoring seven points.
Looking ahead to their next games, Vista Ridge will stay home and play Air Academy, while Discovery Canyon will travel to play Palmer Ridge.
