The family of 31-year-old Dmitri Rumschlag is offering a $2,000 reward for information on a crash that occurred earlier in December.
Just before 10 p.m. on Dec. 4, Rumschlag was taken to the hospital after a hit-and-run occurred at the intersection of 6th Avenue and Washington Street. More than a week later, Rumschlag is still in ICU.
Rumschlag, the owner of Z Cycle Shop in Capitol Hill, which opened in 2018, was in a truck crossing through the intersection when a car struck the passenger side.
