Amy Bounds covers K-12 education for the Daily Camera and Times-Call, plus some early childhood and local government stories. She first joined the Times-Call in 1997 after graduating with a journalism degree from the University of Colorado Boulder. She's lived in Colorado since she was 12, growing up in Littleton. When not writing, she's a marching band mom, rescue dog mom and unpaid Uber driver for her teen sons.
