    New Colorado brewery wants to reinvigorate craft beer with novel hop technology, low-ABV options

    Boulder's Pattern Break Brewing, opening May 8, specializes in hoppy beers, as well as low-alcohol and no-alcohol recipes. It uses a proprietary hop concentrate to dry-hop its IPAs, which helps to bolster the flavor without increasing calories or carbs. (Provided by Pattern Break Brewing)
    Pattern Break co-founder Dean Eberhardt hopes the brewery will help set the tone for a new era in craft beer — one that meets consumers’ evolving tastes without giving up on beer entirely.
