Second trial begins for woman accused of threatening witness

On December 6, 2006, at the approximate time of 11:00 p.m. members of the Denver Police Department responded to the location of 37 S. Colorado Blvd on a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, the officers located the victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was taken to the Denver Health Medical Center where she was pronounced dead as a result of her injuries. The Homicide Unit of the Denver Police Department began an investigation immediately. Early indications are that the victim was shot by unknown males who forced their way into the victim's home and shot her as she attempted to flee the home. The victim has been identified as Kalonniann Louisa James-Clark, 5/30/1978. A $10,000.00* reward is being offered to anyone for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the offender(s) involved. Anyone having information about this homicide is asked to contact the Denver Police Department.
